Email Marketing
Let us help you tailor an effective email campaign

Email marketing is one of the most powerful tools your company can utilize. It takes proven B2B lead-nurturing to convince the prospective client that you have the service or product they’re looking for. People don’t want to be sold, but they sure love to buy.

SalesDouble email marketing campaigns provide your organization with beginning-to-end follow-through for any email campaign.

What is effective email marketing?

The effective use of emails is to promote the services or products your organization provides. A better explanation is, email marketing is the opportunity to develop relationships with prospective clients.

Isn’t email marketing spam?

Spam is any email sent for commercial purposes without permission from the receiver. SalesDouble is different. Email marketing is all about building and nurturing relationships and those relationships start by asking for permission. If you aren't getting documented permission from a person before sending them an email, that's considered spam.

What is Permission Marketing?

Coined by marketing guru Seth Godin, in Permission Marketing (published 1999), permission marketing is not only the most effective, but the best way to ensure you have a good relationship with your customers.

By asking for permission to email, it shows your prospective clients that your organization respects their privacy. You can also be ensured that you are only building on relationships with prospects that are interested in your company's products or services.

TIP: Once somebody has given you permission to communicate with them, make sure you are listening to them and gauging their responses, so you don’t overdo it and make them change their mind about your messages.

Permission does not mean inundate your prospects with email. Sending emails too often will shrink your readership and get you blacklisted.

Limitations of Marketing Email Design.

One rule of email marketing to remember is email design is not web design

Web design is typically designed using HTML and CSS. Web designers rely on CSS properties like display, float, width, height, margin, and padding to structure web pages. While these attributes can be applied to most HTML elements, they are more widely supported by browsers.

Not all email clients support these elements. Unfortunately, most versions of Outlook have little to no support for any of them. And, since Outlook still holds a respectable amount of market share, most designers need to make sure that their campaigns display as intended when viewed in Outlook.

SalesDouble designs emails based on the limitations email clients provide. We test all emails across multiple web clients. You will never have to worry about your prospect not being able to view marketing emails that we send out.

Ongoing Follow Up Campaigns.

SalesDouble handles all follow-up for you as our client. Leads that are ready to speak with you now receive email marketing materials sent by us so they learn about your company. We then email the prospect the day before your call as a reminder to improve chances they'll be waiting when you do call.

If the prospects are not ready to speak with you yet, then we begin nurturing them with emails and calls over the time frame appropriate for that client.

When a prospective client values the relationship they have with your organization, they will seek out your products or services in the future and may even refer you to other prospects.

SalesDouble and Spam Laws.

SalesDouble marketing campaigns follow the USA (CAN-SPAM act) and Canadian (CASL laws) spam laws. Each email that is sent to your prospect includes your contact information, your company name, and an option to opt-out of future emails.
