How Our Programs Work

Partnering with SalesDouble is an ongoing process. It takes work both on our part and yours to get the best results for your marketing program and make you money. Like any effective marketing program it takes time to get good results and time put in upfront pays off over time. Below are the steps we go through to set you off on the right track to make your marketing program a success and provide you with the best return on your investment:

  1. Representing You Professionally. When you get started, you’ll get a call from an assigned Client Service Expert who will walk you through the whole process. We’ll ask for your help in providing background information on you and your company so our callers are knowledgeable about your company and who they will be calling on behalf.   2. Expert Messaging Development. We then work with you to develop a custom call script that our callers will use when making outbound calls on your behalf.   3. Effective Target List Creation. Next, we’ll work with you on defining your target market of prospects and developing the best list of prospects who are most likely to be interested in your product or service. Getting the list right is critical to your marketing efforts. You’ll also have a chance to review the list and remove any current clients. Read more here.
  4. Effective Marketing Materials. After developing your list and script, we develop custom email marketing and fax marketing materials that will be used when we do follow up on prospects generated. These emails are customized for you using your logos, content congruent with your website if applicable, and any other materials you wish to provide. Read more here.
  5. Professional Outbound Calls. Once all these bases are covered, our professional callers get on the phone and make 200+ dials either every week or every other week (depending on your chosen program) for you using all the custom materials we worked with you to create. We attempt to always get appointments first, but we will generate a wide variety of prospects including in person appointments, phone appointments, and simple requests for information.   6. Ongoing Follow Up. Out of the results of these calls, some prospects will be ready to talk to you right away, and we will hand those over to you and you can add them to your Outlook or Google Calendar via our system. For those not quite ready who need more time and follow up, we put them on follow up campaigns consisting of emails, faxes, and follow up calls as appropriate.
